Finding the right watches can be challenging due to the risk of counterfeits or delays in communication with sellers, but when it comes to quality, we never make compromises.
How do you authenticate your watches?
Authentication Process
1) Pre-purchase verification
– We never buy watches blindly.
– We work strictly with what can be verified from the seller’s photos and videos.
– We inspect reference numbers, fonts, proportions, case shape, dial details, logo placement, hands, and date wheel.
– We also evaluate finer elements: finishing, alignment, crown design, engravings, bezel numerals.
– If something doesn’t match, we don’t buy. Simple as that.
2) Inspection after arrival
– Once the watch arrives, we perform a full physical examination.
– We never open the caseback — we verify everything that can be authenticated without opening the watch.
– We compare the piece to official reference models in detail.
– We test movement performance, accuracy, complication functionality, and overall condition.
– For quartz watches, we test stability and power after the battery replacement.
– Every piece is cleaned, measured, and prepared for presentation.
3) Final approval
– A watch is listed only when it passes every step without raising a single doubt.
– If it’s not 100%, it never reaches our store.
Do you offer any servicing or maintenance options after purchase?
Yes, even though we do not perform servicing in-house, each watch is carefully inspected and, if necessary, repaired by specialists before shipping.
We have the watches serviced by specialists at Pechanec Zlín, ensuring they reach you in perfect condition.
If any issues arise with your watch and you need repairs, you can contact us and we will gladly advise you, or you can use the services of any watchmaker or jeweler in your area.
Can I request a specific watch model if it is not currently available?
Absolutely. We are always happy to help you find the right watch.
As our collection continues to grow, we focus on a selected price range.
Nevertheless, we always strive to find authentic pieces that match your requirements.
Our attention is always on genuine watches. We are happy to help you choose the ones that will truly suit you.
How can I tell if the watch size will fit me? Do you provide size guides?
On each product page, you will find the case diameter and strap length, allowing you to choose the size that fits your wrist perfectly.
For extra certainty, check our table of recommended watch sizes according to wrist measurements, which will help you select the correct case diameter.
If the watch still does not fit, we are happy to assist you with resizing.
If needed, we can also adjust the strap to perfectly fit your wrist.
How do you handle delivery to Zásilkovna pick-up points without a map in checkout?
We ship your order to the nearest Zásilkovna Z-box or pick-up point based on your delivery address.
After the package is handed over to Zásilkovna, you will receive an email with the exact address of the pick-up point where your order will be delivered.
If you want a specific pick-up point, write its address in the Shipping Address during checkout.
If you don’t provide one, we’ll send your order to a nearby Zásilkovna location.
You’ll receive the exact pick-up point details by email once the package is processed.
